Welcome to my blog!

This is just a post to say hello! I'm very excited about finally starting a blog. Cooking is a great passion of mine and so is taking photos. I hope to show that a vegan can eat tons of amazing food, that we're not all salad eating waifs and maybe, just maybe inspire you to try a few vegan recipes yourself!

I love animals and my reasons for being vegan are mainly ethical (not that I don't love fruits and veg because I do! NOM!). Animals are my friends and I don't eat my friends mmkay? I have a pit bull mix that will be making frequent appearances here too. He's a gorgeous doggy.
